Nothing happens when I click a component in the El Scripto 2 menu in FrontPage

Note: This article applies to El Scripto 2 only. Do not apply this fix to El Scripto 1.

If clicking a component in the El Scripto menu in Microsoft FrontPage does not launch the component window, please follow these steps:

1. Save all documents and close all programs on your computer
2. Restart your computer
3. Open FrontPage and try to open a component from the El Scripto menu
4. If you still cannot open El Scripto components from FrontPage, please contact support.
